Heston, of course, is curious about everything. So it was inevitable he would one day contemplate eating the Fat Duck menu – but in reverse. Say hello to the Topsy Turvy Menu.

Eating in reverse might seem a bit wacky – more Duck Fat than Fat Duck, more Winky Woolly than Willy Wonka – but sometimes it’s good to shake things up and take a second look at our perceptions and preconceptions.
