Inspired by an 1890s Rowntree’s confection, Heston recently set about introducing beef to a chocolate bar to create something deeply flavourful and delicious – and the marvellous Moos Bar was born.
But he and his team thought: why stop there? Why not also make a bar that draws on the rich, silky savouriness of roast chicken and the pleasurable textural potential of its crispy skin?
So now, just in time for Easter, we present a bar enhanced with chicken thyme caramel, nougat with egg yolk, and chocolate cornflake crunch with crispy chicken skin.
