Strawberry Pepper Leather Laces 2026
A bit of crazy culinary playfulness.
In The Fat Duck labs, the chefs sometimes like to take things literally and see where it leads. Drawing on Heston’s memories of playing cricket, strawberries in the pavilion and leather wicket-keeping gloves, they began exploring whether they could create a new take on that long string of sugary deliciousness known as Strawberry Laces.
It turned out they could!
Pack of 4 laces.
