During Heston’s delving into historical gastronomy, he discovered that in 1890 Rowntree’s created a chocolate bar with beef extract, which naturally made him want to take that meaty idea and remake it for a modern audience by subtly combining chocolate and rich Wagyu beef.

This is the result. It’s a big, beef-boosted bar that’s big on flavour. Deliciously intense and filled with umami.
