Our gastronomy might be playful but we’re seriously serious about the coffee we serve at The Fat Duck.  

So we take AAA natural Colombian beans and submit them to our unique and characteristically complex ‘Blanche Roasting’ process – flashed at a high temp to drive off moisture, then cooled in an oxygen-free environment before a final roast. 

The result is a cup with the balanced acidity of a high-grown washed coffee and a beautifully rounded flavour with notes of lime. 

Crisp, clean and perfect for the coffee aficionado. A touch of Fat Duck flavour finesse in your own home.
