Hind's Head Honey

What’s the buzz about our honey?

Well, it’s got all the artisanship, authenticity and deliciousness you’d expect from something produced by Heston’s Hind’s Head.

Opposite the pub, in wildflower-rich scrubland, we have beehives producing a single-origin, single-apiary, single-estate honey that’s 100 percent natural. Unlike in most commercial hives, our bees even get to eat their own honey over the winter, so they are especially well looked after, and they reward us with honey with beautifully complex floral notes.

Unpasteurised, unfiltered, cold-extracted and harvested in small batches, this is honey in its purest form – healthful and incredibly flavourful.
