Our baristas’ determination to find you the most flavoursome coffee has taken them to a heritage trees in a women’s cooperative in the highlands of western Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region.

High-grown Guatemalan coffees tend to be light or medium-bodied, but ours has a satisfying weight and depth. It’s all down to the roasting process, which is slowed down after the original firing so there’s plenty of moisture-loss before other complex reactive developments take place – leading to a silkily seductive flavour profile of vanilla bean, velvety white chocolate and a Victoria-sponge sweetness.
