Our team has created a whisky jelly that commands attention, set like a picture frame and made to be shared. This isn’t just dessert, it’s theatre on the table. A giant, playful take on the beloved mini whisky gums from The Fat Duck, it magnifies the joy of that iconic bite into something designed for celebration.

Infused with smoky, peaty single malt whisky, the jelly is rich, warming, and full of character, unfolding a lingering finish with every spoonful. Perfectly set for slicing, each frame serves 4–6 generous portions, inviting you to cut, serve, and savour, slowly, if you like, though we won’t judge if you can’t resist.
